Return Policy

Our desire is to make every purchase a happy one! Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or gift card. Ineligible items include all original artwork and all custom painting commissions, used or lit candle items, and licensed products. Not sure if your item qualifies for a return? Send us an email to info@bloomartandcandles.com with your information and we will be in touch within 24 hours.

Items must be securely packed in original packaging to ensure safe delivery back to our facility. If items arrive back at our facility broken, it could impact the refund amount.

Once your items have been safely packaged up, our team will schedule a UPS pickup to conveniently retrieve the merchandise from your home. In this event, we would cover all return fees minus a $5.99 service charge that UPS charges us.

Once your merchandise has been returned to our facility, please allow us up to 5 business days to process the return and issue a refund or gift card.

Please note original shipping fees are non-refundable.
